What does anti-tarnish actually mean?
Our pieces use a sealed plating over a stainless steel base rather than plating over brass or copper. That's what prevents the discolouration and green marks you get from cheaper jewelry.

Will it turn my skin green?
The stainless steel base is what causes green marks in most cheap jewelry to be absent here. Under normal wear you shouldn't see discolouration.

Can I shower and swim in it?
Yes for anything in our Waterproof Edit. Rinse with fresh water after chlorine or salt water and dry it properly.

What's the difference between the gold and silver finishes?
Only the look. Same base metal, same treatment, same care.

Do you have sizing information?
Sizing details are listed on individual product pages where relevant. If a piece you want isn't clear, contact us before ordering.

Orders

How do I know my order went through?
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before an order has been packed, but not after it ships.
